ヴィーガン・ベジタリアン・グルテンフリー対応メニューをご用意しております。

グルテンフリーの天ぷらには米粉を使用し、専用の揚げ油で調理しています。醤油も小麦不使用のものをご用意し、ネタについても小麦不使用のものをご案内いたします。

Yes. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menu options.

For guests following a gluten-free diet, our tempura is prepared using rice flour and cooked in dedicated frying oil. We also offer soy sauce made without wheat and can provide toppings that do not contain wheat.

Please note that wheat is used in the same kitchen. For this reason, guests with celiac disease or severe allergies who require strict control of the cooking environment are asked not to dine at our restaurant.

Yes. We offer a selection of halal Japanese dishes.

Our halal menu features 10 Japanese dishes made with halal-certified meat and seasonings, allowing Muslim visitors to enjoy Japanese food culture during their stay in Kanazawa.

Our menu also features local ingredients from Ishikawa, including meat, fish, and vegetables.

One of our staff’s recommendations is our Halal Beef Bone Ramen.
